Shipping information

Delivery of shipments is carried out by GLS, FoxPost by Packeta, and MPL courier services. Products are handed over to the shipping provider on the next business day following the order in all cases (Exception: MLP). We have no influence over the delivery time of the shipping provider, but below we indicate the expected delivery times for each shipping partner.

FoxPost by Packeta delivery: 1,390 HUF / package
Delivery time: 3-5 business days, but longer lead times may occur.

MPL Home delivery: 1,990 HUF / package + 5,000 HUF handling fee
MPL ParcelPoint delivery: 990 HUF / package + 5,000 HUF handling fee
Delivery time: 7-10 business days, but longer lead times may occur.

The handling fee for MPL deliveries is charged after the order!

GLS services:

Flexible delivery
Three delivery attempts! Already the first attempt can be requested in depot cities after working hours between 5 PM and 8 PM. When the parcel is dispatched, the recipient is notified via email that the package will be delivered on the next business day. The email contains the tracking number and the amount of cash on delivery (if applicable). On the morning of the delivery, the recipient receives a notification containing the courier’s phone number, the GLS Customer Service phone number, and a 3-hour time window for expected delivery. If the delivery attempt fails, an email notification is sent to the recipient. Using the link provided in the email, the recipient can record a delivery instruction, which can include rescheduling delivery to a new time, a different address, personal pickup at a selected GLS ParcelPoint from a specified list, or refusing to receive the package.

Advance notice
GLS sends an SMS notification to the recipient on the morning of delivery, which includes the tracking number, expected delivery time within a 3-hour interval (e.g., between 8 AM - 11 AM), the amount of cash on delivery (if applicable), and the courier’s phone number.

Partial delivery
If any of the ordered products are currently out of stock, they can still be pre-ordered under the following conditions. After ordering, you have two options:
One is to wait until all your ordered items arrive, in which case the total order value will be taken into account when calculating the shipping fee,
or
You request a partial delivery, in which case, even if your total order value qualifies for free shipping, we will only ship the first in-stock item free of charge, and for the second delivery, the shipping fee will be calculated based on the package weight.
If you choose cash on delivery, the collection fee will be charged in both cases.

Withdrawal from shipping
If the webshop cannot fulfill its contractual obligations because the product specified in the contract is not available, or the ordered service cannot be provided, the customer must be informed. The webshop does not enter into contracts with minors. By accepting the terms and conditions, the customer declares that they are of legal age.
