1. EnDuro D – vitamins D3 and K2

Each softgel contains 50 µg (2000 IU) of vitamin D3 and 1680 µg of vitamin K2 (MK-4 and MK-7), in olive oil. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to the maintenance of normal bones and normal muscle function, and to normal absorption/utilisation of calcium and phosphorus. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and to the maintenance of normal bones.

2. Endurance C – three sources of vitamin C with bioflavonoids

Each serving provides 950 mg of vitamin C from calcium ascorbate, ascorbyl palmitate and rose hips, plus 700 mg of citrus bioflavonoid complex and 500 mg of hesperidin. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to maintain the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise (the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg of vitamin C in addition to the recommended daily intake), and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Why vitamins D and C?

We think these are the two nutrients athletes should pay the most attention to in autumn and winter. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system – and in winter there’s barely enough sunlight for your skin to make enough of it. Vitamin C also contributes to the normal function of the immune system, including during and after intense physical exercise. Alongside D3, EnDuro D also contains vitamin K2, and alongside vitamin C, Endurance C also contains citrus bioflavonoids.

What’s the difference between the Immunity Booster Kit and the Super Immunity Booster Kit?

The Immunity Booster Kit contains two products: EnDuro D and Endurance C. On top of these, the Super Immunity Booster Kit also includes AO Booster (the complete vitamin E family, lutein, astaxanthin) and the Clear Day formula (olive leaf extract, quercetin, resveratrol, bromelain).

Can I take them at the same time?

How much vitamin D does the higher winter dose mean?

One EnDuro D softgel contains 50 µg (2000 IU) of vitamin D3. The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has set the tolerable upper intake level for vitamin D at 100 µg (4000 IU) a day for adults; if you take 3 softgels a day in the winter months, or also use other products containing vitamin D, it’s worth checking your total daily intake with your doctor – ideally with a vitamin D blood test.

Are the products vegan?

Endurance C is vegan. EnDuro D is not: the vitamin D3 is derived from lanolin (wool grease), and the softgel is made from gelatin.

How should I store them?

In a cool, dry place, between 5 and 30 °C, away from direct heat and sunlight. Softgels may stick together in the heat – if so, put the bottle in the fridge for a few hours, then shake them apart. The products keep their quality for 4 years from the date of manufacture (MFG); once opened, use them within 6 months.

HOW TO USE

Recommended daily dosage

EnDuro D: 1 softgel a day, with or without meals; in the dark winter months with little sunlight, 2–3 softgels a day.
Endurance C: 3 capsules a day with meals; at times of increased need (for example in winter, during cold season), 3 capsules 2–3 times a day.

Important information

If you take anticoagulants (for example warfarin or acenocoumarol), only take EnDuro D with your doctor’s approval, because vitamin K affects how these medicines work.
Do not take together with other high-dose vitamin D products.
If you are prone to kidney stones, ask your doctor about high doses of vitamin C; in large doses it may cause loose stools in some people.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, taking medication or have a known medical condition, consult your doctor before use.
