Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, which is why it is one of athletes' favourite minerals. MERU MAGNE delivers magnesium chloride in cream form. It spreads easily, is great for massage and cares for your skin at the same time. Use it before training to warm up, after training for recovery and sports massage, and in the evening massaged into tense areas as part of a relaxing routine. Thanks to its nourishing ingredients, it can also be used as an everyday body lotion.

Magnesium oil or magnesium cream?

Magnesium oil spray is quick to apply and absorbs well, but it leaves a salty, oily feel on the skin. MAGNE is the cream version: with added shea butter, coconut oil and urea, it softens and moisturises the skin and is more comfortable for massage. It can also be a good choice if you find the tingling of the spray uncomfortable.

When to use it

How to use: apply the desired amount to clean, intact skin and massage in thoroughly. Mild tingling may occur the first few times; this usually decreases with regular use.
