Race kits

Which kit do you need?

• Half Marathon Running Kit – the products Gáspár Csere also uses in races, for the half marathon distance.
• Marathon Running Kit – electrolytes, calories and protein for a 3–4 hour marathon effort.
• 100K Ultra Running Kit – Perpetuem, HEED, Hammer Gel, Hammer Bar, Endurolytes and Recoverite: fuel for before, during and after a 100 km race.
• HYROX Fueling Kit – Hammer Gel, Endurolytes and Recoverite for a race that combines running segments and strength stations.
• TOP5 Ultra Performance Kit – five capsule supplements for ultrarunners, triathletes and road cyclists, for training, racing and the period that follows.

How to use your kit

The timing and dosing of each product is described in the matching fueling guide: half marathon, marathon, 50K run, 8-hour protocol and HYROX. All guides: How to Fuel guides.

Don't try anything new on race day: test the kit's contents on longer training sessions first, so on race day you already know what to take and when.

FAQ

Can I choose flavours in the kit?

Yes, in most kits you choose the product flavours yourself on the product page.

How do I choose a kit?

Based on the expected duration of your race. Up to about 3 hours, gel, sports drink and electrolytes are enough; beyond 3 hours you need a fuel that also contains protein, such as Perpetuem. Read more: Hammer under 3 hours and over 3 hours.
