Kacsó Hajnalka - Ultrafutó
I'm Kacsó Hajni, 38 years old and a Hammer Nutrition Athlete . I live in Hajdú-Bihar county, my passion is running, in all forms, asphalt/terrain, short, long-ultra, cycling, HIIT workouts and boxing, yoga or anything, just move 😊
For me, sport is not just about performance, it is a way of life. There is always room for improvement, there is always a new challenge – and I am always ready for it. Nature, performance and pushing my limits drive me forward. I am not only attracted by competitions – I also love performance tours, where the driving force is not the stopwatch, but the challenge and the love of nature. In such cases, I often run ultra distances, 50-60-70 km, often alone, at my own pace, with only my thoughts and Hammer products, which support me in every situation.
Sport is a part of my life. I love the feeling when I beat myself up, when after a hard training session or competition I know I gave it my all. My biggest goal is to always be better than yesterday. This year, UltraBalaton is my main challenge.

I once struggled with arthritis, but a whole plant-based diet helped me, and today I'm stronger than ever. I believe that proper nutrition and smart upgrades are essential for progress - whether on the racetrack or in life.
It has always been important to me to use the best possible refreshment during long training and competitions. About three years ago I came across Hammer Nutrition products and immediately felt that this was exactly what I needed. I chose them because of their clean ingredients, stomach-friendly formulas and their endurance-supporting effect. Since then, they have been my indispensable companions not only in my competitions, but also in my everyday training.
The fight that made me stronger, not only in sports, but also in life, accompanies me throughout. My 8-year-old daughter also carries this approach forward – in 2022, she started a huge fight after being diagnosed with lymphoblastic lymphoma. After nearly two years of hospital treatment and chemotherapy, she has proven herself: a true fighter who never gives up.
I am proud that I came in 3rd place in the 117 km distance of the Košice-Miskolc Ultramarathon, as well as completing the Iszinik 100 performance tour. But I could list many races, both in the asphalt and cross-country categories, I am proud of all of them, but these are the two longest ones that I am especially proud of! In addition to these, performance tours are also close to me, because I love their family atmosphere.
My message to the Hammer community
I believe that proper nutrition and smart training are essential for progress – whether on the racetrack or in life. My message to everyone is to believe in yourself and dare to push your limits! The goal is not always to win – sometimes just getting one step closer to being the best version of yourself is enough.
